Doula Home Visits
At The Upper Cumberland Doula Collective, we offer personalized doula home visits to provide support and guidance during pregnancy, birth, and postpartum. Our experienced doulas will help you navigate this transformative time with care and professionalism.
Childbirth Education Classes
During Childbirth education classes, you will learn the basics of what happens during labor, delivery and postpartum.
Birth Doula
Our birth doulas are trained professionals who provide emotional and physical support during labor and delivery. We will work with you to create a customized birth plan, and we will be by your side every step of the way to help you achieve the birth experience you desire.
Postpartum Doula
We know that getting that the postpartum can be overwhelming for new parents, which is why we offer postpartum support services. Our doulas will provide you with the support you need postpartum.

Hiring A Doula
After the consultation, if you have found the Doula of your dreams within our collective, please reach back out to the collective to let them know who you have chosen. UCDC will then make sure that the Doula reaches out to you, to complete the process.

A consultation is scheduled
Each Doula in the collective will be notified of your information. Of those who are available for your EDD, a consultation will be scheduled.

It's that Simple
And it's that easy! You now have a Doula, and are well on your way to feeling empowered about your birth or postpartum experience.
Pay Structure
Each of the UCDC Doulas are independent contractors. Each owns their own business. Because of this each Doula sets their own rates.
